At RubiaWear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your dancewear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
